The Enipeas gorge cuts a deep green line from Prionia all the way down to Litochoro. The full E4 trail takes hikers about four hours, but you do not need to walk it all: even a short section rewards you with waterfalls, rock pools and dense forest.
The most popular highlights are the small chapel of Agios Spyridon, the natural pools where the brave take an icy dip in summer, and the wooden bridges that criss-cross the river.
Our private tour drops you at Prionia and picks you up in Litochoro (or at any agreed point), so you can walk downhill only — the comfortable way to experience the gorge.
